A very warm welcome awaits you along with a "Wee Dram". Once you have settled into your room join us for the afternoon tea in the lounge. The evening begins with a Piper champagne reception with canapés followed by a gourmet dinner. Talisker whisky and Homemade shortbread along with coffee will be served by the log fire.
Friday 30th December 2011
After the Flodigarry Breakfast we invite you to join on a guided walk on the Trotternish Ridge (walking shoes and good weather clothing are essentials). A light lunch of soup and sandwiches will be served in the bar followed by a movie. Afternoon tea will be served in the lounge by the log fire.
Join us in the evening for the pre-dinner cocktail and canapés before a Hog Roast followed by a practice with our live Ceilidh Band. Gaelic coffee and Flodigarry sweet will be served after dinner.
New Year's Eve
Start the celebration with a Bucks Fizz Scottish Breakfast and then maybe take a drive along the North of the island to the Waternish and Dunvegan castle and Coral beaches.1.45 time to bless the Haggis, afternoon tea will be served by the fire. The evening’s celebrations start with our Piper Cocktail reception and canapés followed by a Gourmet dinner with some of our best Skye Seafood. The Piper will lead you onto the Dance Floor with our ceilidh band. At midnight – Bliadhna Mhath Ur The Bells, Lone Piper, Auld Lang Syne and Champagne.
New Year's Day
After a hearty Skye breakfast, wrap up for the Quiraing experience and stunning views or spend the morning relaxing in the hotel. On our return soup and sandwiches will be served in the bar and afternoon tea in the lounge by the log fire during the afternoon. Your final evening begins with a cocktail and canapés, followed by dinner with prime Scotch Beef.
