Flodigarry Hotel Cancellation Policy
- Flodigarry is much loved – many of our guests are old friends returning year after year. Generally arrangements to stay here are fairly relaxed. New guests will appreciate that we do not overbook accommodation at Flodigarry and when a booking is confirmed we stand by it.
- Most reservations are made well in advance. If guests anticipate problems it is best that they make contact directly with us to discuss – reselling cancelled rooms can be difficult at short notice – meanwhile local suppliers and staff have to be paid. Flodigarry reserves the right to charge in full for accommodation cancelled three weeks or less prior to the date of arrival, net of any monies paid in advance. Naturally if we are able to re-sell the room there will be no charge and the deposit will be refunded.
- Once here no offset or allowance can be made for guests vacating rooms prior to the expiry of booking or meals missed. It is regretted that terms cannot be varied during guests stay at the hotel.
- Weddings and function cancellations are subject to individual contract.
